Holo Design

The usual toaster has 3 major problems: You can‘t see the roasting degree of your toast, dangerous wires are freely exposed and dirty parts are very hard to clean. We explored new architectures and materials to find solutions for these problems. The main feature are the transparent walls with integrated heating wires. All parts are designed to be easy to disassemble and therefore able to wash in a dishwasher. The transparent walls combined with the intregrated wires are a approach to combine costumer safety with sleek aesthetics.
